Accumulation of fats there starts as young as 3 year old.A 3 year old child if healthy can already learn and practice fasting science.Unfortunately humans today have created reverse truth about fasting by saying those who fast are saving money ,it can cause this and that to the mind ,and they are killing you with words just to tell you they are right .People with these philosophy suffers stomach ache,in either of all 4 quadrants of their abdomen.They may be very wise manager exploiting people with money , or any person who know every material knowledge but not spiritual knowledge. Like a capitalist people who too much thinks of future and even forgetting the actual situation.So that the present need of people around the world are not met and basic needs are kept rotting in some warehouse .all are being wasted because their in the wrong hands.When ideally basic needs should distributed to the hungry,homeless,poor,sick ,and deprived people .Anyway it will start in the mind , if revolution will start in the mind ,after being aware then one can change their own self then the society will change."Change yourself Change the society"This alone can transform all the martial intellectual training into a Sadvipra if all these skills as laborer,intellectual,martial and merchant are channelized into service the world will become a better place.But if these drills and war exercise will continue then that will include space war.But needy must not be stolen of their basic rights and needs.Jesolon always remembers that depriving others of their due is stealing ,also a form of corruption.And asking the needy something in return like votes ,money is not service but business.
